What is TechShakti?
TechShakti is a student-focused learning initiative that believes in learning by doing. We help students go beyond theory and actually build real projects, real teams, real challenges.
We curate hands-on projects that mimic real industry work. But we don’t stop there. Every project is guided by an experienced mentor, who helps students not just code but collaborate, solve problems, and think like professionals.
From building full-stack websites to contributing to open source or launching mini-products, our students get the kind of experience that employers actually care about.
Every dream begins with a spark, and TechShakti was born from one.
Hi, I’m Shruti Jain. I come from a town named Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh, studied at NIT Trichy, and now work as a software developer at IBM. But before all of that, I was just a curious student—eager to learn, but often unsure where to begin. I saw the gap early on: while big-city students had access to industry exposure, mentorship, and career clarity, many of us were left figuring things out alone.
That gap didn’t sit right with me.
During my years in college and through my professional journey, one truth kept ringing louder: Talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t. I met brilliant students who struggled not because they lacked skills, but because they didn’t have the right direction, real-world experience, or someone to believe in them.
And so, TechShakti was born - not just as a platform, but as a mission.
A mission to empower students, especially from tier-2 and tier-3 colleges, with the tools, mentorship, and practical experience they truly need to shine.
